Why some coins need a tag and what happens if you forget it.
Some coins (XRP, XLM, EOS and others) use a shared address for many users, and the memo/destination tag is an identifier telling the system whom to credit. If you send such a coin without the tag or with the wrong one, the deposit may not credit automatically and require manual handling, and is sometimes lost. Always copy both the address and the memo/tag from the casino's deposit wallet and check both before sending.
Step by step
- Wallet. Log in and open Wallet → Deposit.
- Coin. Choose your cryptocurrency and network.
- Address. Copy the deposit address or QR.
- Send. Send crypto from your exchange/wallet — it credits after confirmations.
