If a deposit is not showing, the usual cause is network confirmations: the transaction has not reached the required number of blocks yet. Check the status by transaction hash in a blockchain explorer. Less often, funds were sent on the wrong network or to an outdated address — the most dangerous cases, so always verify network and address before sending. If the transaction is confirmed but not credited, contact support with the hash.
