The math & house edge

The result is HMAC-SHA256 mapped to a number from 0 to 100, verifiable after the bet. The fair multiplier equals 0.99 ÷ win-probability. So a 50% bet pays ~1.98×, a 10% bet pays ~9.9×, and a 2% bet pays ~49.5×. The 0.99 factor is the 1% house edge — your expected return is the same at every target.

Strategy & honest reality

Because EV is identical at every win chance, no Dice target is better long-term. Lower chances simply trade frequent small wins for rare big ones. Dice is popular for bankroll experiments and bonus wagering thanks to its precise control, but progression systems do not overcome the edge.
