Overview
Plinko is the most-played Stake Original. Drop a ball from the top of a triangular peg pyramid; the ball bounces left or right at each peg with roughly equal probability and lands in one of the bottom slots, each labelled with a multiplier. How it works
You set the bet amount, choose risk (low/medium/high), and choose row count (8/12/16). Each click drops one ball. The ball's path is determined by combining your client seed, Stake's server seed, and a per-bet nonce through HMAC-SHA256, then parsed as a sequence of 0/1 bits — left or right at each peg.
The probability of landing in slot k of n rows follows the binomial distribution: P(k) = C(n,k) × 0.5^n. The middle slots have the highest probability; the edge slots are statistically rare but pay the largest multipliers.
